Cost-effective business solutions are possible using open source technology and algorithms, but require technical expertise to implement. While working for small businesses and volunteering at non-profits, my tech skills have been critical in digitally transforming processes, both customer-facing and business-facing, achieving organic results with a limited budget. Rather than simply increase a count of followers or views - superficial metrics which can easily be generated by fake accounts and bots - my strategy is to grow a true community with engaging content and data-driven digital marketing based on customer success.
This strategy is realized through my 10 years of experience in front-end web development along with server-side development, content creation, CRM and CMS management, data analysis, e-learning programming, and most recently ERP implementation.
I have always invested in a Linkedin Premium account to improve my skills in digital marketing and full stack development. My premium open profile also allows you to DM me even if we aren’t connected, without counting against your inmail credits. As my profile has always stated, I believe web development should ensure education for underserved groups and build business opportunity for artisans and small businesses, especially women-owned.
I’d like to share some IG reels that I’ve made. It’s def a great way to organically gain followers on Instagram, but more importantly increases engagement with your most loyal customers.
The next IG reel I’d like to share, demonstrating Bronze casting in action. At a temperature of 1200°C 🔥, the bronze runs in the void left by channels, filling the interstice of the lost wax. Learn more about the craftsmanship involved: www.osannavisconti.com
I made this website with php showcasing the luxury apartment Maison Laghetto of a client in the center of Milan, incorporating a certified Google 360 virtual tour, a booking engine integrated with a channel manager, payment gateway, and a welcome book with instructions for guests (the site, booking engine, and guest communication developed in Italian and English). I had set up all the booking channels and monitored their performance.
Edit: I no longer manage this apt in any way, as is evident by recent negative reviews. I did manage it for 5 years as a favor (from Expo 2015 up until the pandemic started), because I genuinely like helping tourists navigate and discover the city of Milan. From this experience, I have a lot of knowledge and expertise marketing and managing short-term rental properties in Italy. I am going to keep the Booking.com referral link here if you wish to make a new listing and get the commission waived on the first 5 reservations: ref.laghettoapartments.com
I revised the English of this book which was published to commemorate the 60th year anniversary of Millutensil. Millutensil 60anni from Jessica Donadio
